Shallowme’s salt-seasoned spaghetti lets the flavours of onion, green pepper and ham come through, with just a little mayonnaise on the side. One diner who ordered it said the seasoning was light but satisfying, and that the dish went well with toast. Some diners have also had it as part of a meal with salad and toast, making it an option for a substantial lunch.
For a bread-based meal, try the mixed sandwich, filled with egg, ham, cucumber and tomato, or the American sandwich, with fresh lettuce, cheese, roast ham and other fillings between toasted slices of bread. The mixed sandwich can also be made as an egg, vegetable or ham sandwich, according to the menu. There is a morning set, too; visitors have reported having Neapolitan spaghetti with toast, or enjoying salad, toast and iced coffee in the morning.
For something sweet after a meal, the coffee jelly is made with iced coffee and served with ice cream. Pancake options include a batter made with plenty of milk and served with maple syrup, or a chocolate pancake topped with chocolate syrup. The coffee menu includes straight coffees with tasting notes, such as Arabian Mocha, described as gently acidic, and Brazil, noted for its clean taste.
